## Important Rules

- **Submit original work only.** No plagiarism or unauthorized reuse.
- **Points are awarded only after a PR is reviewed and merged.** Open or draft PRs do not count yet.
- **Each participant can take only one issue at a time.** Please finish or release your current claim before taking another one.
- **Review responsiveness matters.** If a PR review has no reply for one day, the issue may be reassigned to someone else.
- **Do not break existing functionality.** Follow InsForge architecture and repo direction.
- **You can propose your own issue.** The InsForge team will review it, assign a score, and then add it to the hackathon if approved.
- **PRs must include runnable or verifiable results.** Reviewers need a clear way to validate the outcome.
- **All contributions must be license compatible.** Do not introduce incompatible dependencies or terms.
- **The InsForge team makes the final decision.** This applies to scoring, approvals, and merges.
